There were lots of drafts until I was finally happy, but once I was I knew this piece was going to be a good one.<\/p><p>When the pencil sketch was completed and I had converted the image into a digital outline, finding the right mix of colours and tones was also tricky. I wanted the design to have a semblance of realism, but I also wanted to exaggerate the vibrancy of the blues and greens, and also add a little artistic license to accentuate the image with a hot pink hue.
